Where is this event located?

The conference takes place in Downtown San Antonio, with sessions and mixers hosted at venues that bring in the energy and culture of the city.

What does the VIP Experience include?

VIP attendees get a premium, professionally directed content capture experience on Sunday before the conference begins. This includes:

60–90 minutes of filming

Multiple styled backdrops

Interviews, lifestyle shots & b-roll

5-15 short-form edited videos

Photo assets

Catered meals + creative direction

Opportunity for close connections

Two workshops

VIP seats are limited (10)

Do I have to be VIP to enjoy the conference?

Not at all. VIP offers additional visibility assets and early access experiences, but all attendees receive full access to sessions, networking, brunch, and group activities.

When should I arrive and depart?

If you’re attending the VIP Experience, we recommend arriving Sunday evening. For all other attendees, arrival Monday morning is perfect to join us for the Welcome Mixer. The conference will conclude Wednesday afternoon following the Brunch ’n Learn.

What should I wear?

Business casual for sessions, and comfortable outfits for any photos or video moments. VIPs may want to bring 2–3 outfit options for content capture.

Will sessions be recorded?

Select moments may be captured for marketing purposes, but full session recordings are not guaranteed. The conference is designed to be an immersive, in-person experience.

Are meals included?

Yes. Breakfast, lunch, the networking dinner, and the Tuesday brunch are included for all attendees. VIPs also receive catered meals during their content sessions.

Will I get to see every session?

Yes — all main conference sessions take place in the same room, so you won’t miss anything. There are no breakouts or competing tracks.
Only the VIP workshops are separate and exclusive to VIP attendees.

Tickets are transferable but non-refundable. If you cannot attend, you may assign your ticket to another team member or owner in your organization.
